Rise has been providing assistance to victims of family violence in central Arkansas since 1995.

What started out as a volunteer hotline has grown into a 24/7 hotline and shelter for those in need of safety. Rise has grown to include a Sexual Assault Recovery Program, support groups, transportation for our clients, and personal, legal, and child advocacy programs.
